Cinco de Mayo is upon us once again. For the uninitiated, Cinco de Mayo (Spanish for fifth of May) is a celebration which commemorates the Mexican army’s 1862 victory over France at the Battle of Puebla during the Franco-Mexican War. What this means for you in Greater Vancouver here in 2018, is a whole lot of celebration.
