Salsa & Agave is a family owned and operated restaurant. Elizabeth Hernandez works her magic in the kitchen while Elizabeth’s husband Juan Contreras manages the restaurant and staff. From head bartender to server everyone at Salsa & Agave is counted as familia all the same.

Elizabeth Hernandez, trained in the exquisite creation of Mexican cuisine, is dedicated to bringing authenticity to her restaurant. At the same time, she knows what her home of Vancouver BC wants, and has found the perfect balance for her menu. Whether craving for Mole Poblano Con Pollo or the best plate of nachos in Greater Vancouver, Elizabeth delivers.
The Salsa & Agave menu is as diverse as it is delicious. The carefully prepared menu covers the culinary spectrum from Mexican appetizers and share plates to authentic street food and finer dining entrees.
