Our Salads

Salsa & Agave keeps things simple on our salad menu selection. No need to complicate things when you serve two of the freshest salads in Vancouver. Our Agave Salad is locally sourced, which means that you get an exquisite potpourri of fresh crisp lettuce, tomato, carrots, peppers, cucumber, spring mix and feta cheese. And no need to hold the feta! This cheese is made with sheep’s or goat’s milk (which have cleaner diets than cows), both of which supply key vitamins and minerals such as calcium (140 milligrams per ounce), vitamin B12, iron, folate and vitamin D. Our Caesar Salad is dressed to balance the creamy texture you love, without the excess. Add chicken to either to add a healthy dose of protein to your appetizer or meal.

Vegetarian Quesadilla

Many of you are eating more vegetables this year, or have converted to vegetarianism all the way. Kudos to either! Salsa & Agave is proud to offer up the best Vegetarian Quesadilla in Vancouver. This dish was well-planned to consider your nutritional needs. Made with a mix of sautéeed green and red peppers (high in vitamin A, C and B6), onions (high in vitamin C and antioxidants), mushrooms (high in fibre), and cheese (or without, for vegans).

Agave Burrito

A burrito can be healthy, especially here at Salsa & Agave. Our Agave Burrito is filled with roasted chicken (clean protein), rice, feta cheese and avocado which is now known as a superfood thanks to its high concentration of pantothenic acid, dietary fiber, vitamin K, copper, folate, vitamin B6, potassium, vitamin E, vitamin C and monounsaturated fat (the good fat!). The Agave Burrito comes with spicy morita sauce, on the side, so you can decide.
